Based on the novel from Joseph Finder, Paranoia pits two technology kingpins (Ford & Oldman) against each other with Liam Hemsworth caught in the midst of their war. Three movies for Ford this year? His performance in 42 is still the only Oscar-caliber one I’ve seen in 2013 and he has Ender’s Game this fall as well. This looks like it has potential as a fun thriller. And, yes, Liam is the brother of Chris Hemsworth, known to all as Thor. Good genes in the Hemsworth pool. Paranoia opens August 16th.
